Fountain House Lahore is the second Fountain House in the world after Fountain House New York, USA. Founded through the vision of Prof. Dr. Mohammad Rashid Chaudhry (Late), the initiative began in 1965 and received government approval in 1968 with technical collaboration from Fountain House New York.

Today, Fountain House Lahore serves over 400 members, including women, through residential rehabilitation, free outpatient psychiatric care, volunteer medical services, and free medicines for deserving families. Its working-community model fosters belonging, reduces re-hospitalization, and supports long-term mental well-being.
